Shipping Policy

At World Treasures Emporium (WTE), we carefully inspect, package, and ship each order with the goal of delivering your treasures safely and efficiently.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within:

Canada
United States

International shipping to other countries may be offered in the future.

Shipping Rates

World Treasures Emporium offers simple and transparent shipping rates:

Canada Standard Shipping: CAD $9.99, with free standard shipping on orders of CAD $150 or more.
Canada Express Shipping: CAD $19.99.
United States Standard Shipping: CAD $14.99, with free standard shipping on orders of CAD $200 or more.
United States Express Shipping: CAD $19.99.

Express shipping is not included in WTE’s free-shipping offers. The applicable shipping charge and estimated delivery time will be displayed and confirmed during checkout.

Free Shipping

Free Standard Shipping is available on qualifying orders:

Canada: Orders of CAD $150 or more
United States: Orders of CAD $200 or more

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when an order qualifies. Express shipping is not included in the free shipping offer.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day. Processing times may occasionally vary due to order volume, item requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination, carrier, and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery dates will be displayed at checkout when available.

Delivery estimates do not include unexpected delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The carrier used may depend on the destination, package size, weight, and shipping method selected.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

World Treasures Emporium (WTE) is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue. Customers may be asked to provide photographs of damaged packaging or products to support a carrier claim.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
